By purchasing online, you agree to the following conditions:

1. No plant purchased from PCFCD may be resold as a living plant.

2. If trees ordered are not available, a refund will be issued, unless a substitute is requested. Refunds will not be issused for any other reason.

3. PCFCD is not responsible for the survival of trees, they need to be picked up promptly following delivery date. 

4. PCFCD is not responsible for erros in inventory count.
