In 2021, Powell Clarks-Fork and Cody Conservation districts intitiated a camera study to better understand triuatries along the Shoshone River and contribution to sediment loading in the Shoshone River. There are currently five tributaries being monitored. 

Along these sites, sediment samples were taken from 2021-2023. Once WDEQ finalizes these results the pictures will be compared to the sediment data to deteremine which tributaries will become priority within the watershed.
